UPCOMING AVAILABLE ENHANCED DELIVERY COURSES AND TEST SITES FOR I-CAR AUTOMOTIVE GMA (MIG) WELDING QUALIFICATION TEST

ROLLING MEADOWS, IL - September 20, 2002 - In the upcoming months, new I-CAR Enhanced Delivery training programs and welding test sites will become available. The number of welding qualification test sites available for the I-CAR Automotive GMA (MIG) Welding Qualification Test continues to grow throughout the United States and Canada.

Steel GMA (MIG) welding qualification test sites to open in Winter 2002-2003:

  • Chippewa Valley Technical College – Eau Claire, Wisconsin
  • Gloucester County Institute of Technology – Sewell, New Jersey
  • Hill College – Cleburne, Texas
  • Honolulu Community College – Honolulu, Hawaii
  • Louisiana Technical College, Hammond Campus – Hammond, Louisiana
  • Erie Community College, South Campus – Orchard, New York
  • Kirkwood Community College – Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Aluminum GMA (MIG) welding qualification test sites to open in Winter 2002-2003:

  • Career Institute of Technology – Easton, Pennsylvania
  • Macomb Community College – Warren, Michigan
  • Santa Monica Community College – Santa Monica, California
  • Walker Career Center – Indianapolis, Indiana

As I-CAR introduces new Enhanced Delivery training programs, updated schedules will be available on recently completed programs, as well as those in development. Enhanced Delivery training programs that will be made available to the public in the upcoming months include:
