(St. Charles, IL) I-CAR recognized key supporters during its International Annual Meeting July 22 – 25, 1999, in St. Charles, IL. I-CAR Instructor of the Year Awards and Founders Awards were given to Volunteers and Instructors within each of the I-CAR US Regions and Canada.

The Instructor of the Year Award is presented annually to the I-CAR Instructors who best represent I-CAR professionally in the classroom, personify a commitment to excellence, and show the benefits of keeping pace with technology.
