April 30, 1998 I-CAR CANADA ANNOUNCES 1998 - '99 BOARD OF DIRECTORS (Scarborough, ON) I-CAR Canada announced its 1998 - '99 Board of Directors and Executive Committee at the I-CAR Canada National Collision Repair Conference held March 4 - 8 in Ottawa, Ontario. The 1998 - '99 Board of Directors and Executive Committee are as follows: Executive Committee: Chairman Will Kukelko Manitoba Public Insurance Vice Chairman Keith McCrone Mitchell International Secretary Joy M.
