INDUSTRY TRADE PUBLICATION TO FEATURE I-CAR CLASS SCHEDULES FOR THE NEW ENGLAND AREA

fig_01 Photo

Damage Report, a New England industry trade publication, and I-CAR have combined efforts to increase awareness and better promote collision repair training by publishing I-CAR's New England class schedules in future issues of the publication. This will include the class schedules for the Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island areas.

Damage Report is distributed monthly to all autobody and collision repair businesses in the New England area with a circulation exceeding 5,000.

"The importance of ongoing training and education in the collision repair industry is critical," said Bill McDonough, editor of Damage Report. "We are supporting the I-CAR effort by spreading the word about training, and by encouraging our readers to take advantage of the I-CAR classes."

Damage Report will also sponsor the May 21-23, 2004 CARS (Collision & Auto Repair Services) trade show being held in the main exhibit hall at New England's premier convention hall, Worcester Centrum Centre in Worcester, Massachusetts.

CARS 2004 will bring the automotive world together in New England's largest automotive trade show. All segments of the automotive collision and repair industry will be represented. Collision repair facility owners, technicians, specialty shops, painters, mechanics and glass companies will all attend informative seminars, witness live demonstrations, and learn all about the latest products, technologies and services for the automotive and collision industries.

I-CAR is planning on having several of its Enhanced Delivery programs available at this trade show. Please refer to future I-CAR e-newsletter articles for more specific information as it becomes available.
